5. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

5.1. Cancellation Policy
- Less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service fee.
6. Service Guarantees and Liability
We are committed to providing services that meet professional standards. However, despite our best efforts, results may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and plant health.
Warranty: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all our services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within this period to discuss possible remedies.
Liability: Gardening Greenwich is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the successful completion of our services, customers must:
- Provide access to the property during scheduled service times.
- Ensure that the work area is clear of obstacles and hazards.
- Inform us of any specific requirements or restrictions related to the property.
- Maintain necessary utilities (water, electricity) required for service execution.

Gardening Greenwich is not responsible for any delays or failures in service delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseeable events.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
